Privacy Notice. Each Party agrees that prior to providing the other Party any personal information of individuals related to it, it has obtained all necessary authorizations and consents as may be required by applicable confidentiality and data privacy laws.

Where applicable, each Party agrees to comply with the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules, with respect to the collection, protection, use, sharing and storage of personal information."
